    The Mj\u00f6llnir also known as Thor’s hammer, <\/b><\/i> is the weapon of Thor, the god of Lightning and Thunder in Germanic mythology. It is usually represented as a hammer, although it was originally an axe or club. It is made by the dwarves, or, according to Snorri Sturluson’s 13th-century prosaic Edda, by the elf Sindri over a dispute with the god Loki over who could create the most wonderful weapon for the gods. <\/i><\/span><\/p>\n
