Return

To request a return, please fill out the form below using the same email address used for the order placed on this site and include the order number. Without these two pieces of information, we will not be able to process your return request.
Returns cannot be made for personalized products or for rituals performed by us, as described in our terms and conditions of sale.
Products must arrive at our warehouses undamaged in their original packaging; sealed products must not be opened and must be returned in their original packaging.
NB. the return request can only be made by the person who placed the order and not by his / her delegate.

1. Access to your email address with which you placed the order.
2. Read the conditions of sale carefully, especially in the Return section
3. Fill out the form below taking care to enter the order number, you will find it in the email when you place the order, it is also found in the sales document, present in the package.
4. Please wait for our email response with instructions.
5. Pack the package and ship it to the address we sent you via email.
6. If everything went well, you will receive a refund through the payment method you selected when placing your order.
   Note: For cash-on-delivery and bank transfer payments, the refund will be sent to the IBAN you provided when requesting the return.
